This bug occurs when I set languages over the Optionspage.
The description of the bug:
If i set language to German, it was safed in the MySQL-Database, but no
output is in german. if i change the language to english, then is a second
prefval into the DB, also i have two settings in the preferences table
named language, one with the value de_DE an the second with en_US...
with any changes in my options, i have NEW values in the pref-table and i
can't change the language really
