I want to know if there sizing for the qmail installation. I want to build qmail system with the following installations:
MySQL OpenSSL Apache qmail vpopmail qmailadmin Courier-IMAP SquirrelMail Qmail-Scanner / Clam AntiVirus / SpamAssassin
I want to use it for about 2500 users.
We are a Postfix shop here, but no matter, when you're talking about SquirrelMail, the IMAP server is the concern. Make sure you use imapproxy (see link below), but you might not even need that depending on how many of those 2500 people use SM (at least at the same time). 2500 is typically fairly light load unless they all are using SM at the same time of day. As for SMTP load, unless they get and send a real LOT of email, you most certainly won't need to worry about load on that front unless you expand significantly.

If anyone know the hardware (server specs.) for that installation. or anyone has a case like this, Please tell me.
Again, as long as you have fairly modern equipment, 2500 users shouldn't merit anything too extreme.
Another question; If I want to build a high availability system like
clusters and load balancing between two symmetric servers, how can I
maintain this ?
I wouldn't bother for just 2500 users. But... it depends soooo much on what your load looks like. You might need to have multiple SMTP servers (doubtful), or maybe multiple IMAP boxes. It's of course common to run more than one web server, or perhaps just offload SpamAssassin to a couple of its own servers (SA is notoriously the highest CPU/memory user of all the software you list).
Or how can replicate the data (Mysql data and Maildirs) from the two servers if I cannot build the cluster?
NFS? Slave MySQL server? Regular backups?
Also If anyone know how to maintain this or has a similar case , Please advice me.
Thank you for you All & Best Regards.
