One of our clients that uses SquirrelMail email has complained to us that she

I believe this is a message from the mail server indicating some kind of mail delivery problem and not indicative of a SquirrelMail problem.


"Your message was not delivered to because user not listed in public Name & Address Book"

This message, I'm not sure about indicating a SquirrelMail problem or not.

"Bad sequence of commands - Server replied: 503 Error: authentication not enabled"

This is a mail server/SquirrelMail configuration problem. SquirrelMail needs to be configured NOT to use authentication with connecting with the mail server or the mail server needs to have authentication enabled.


Additionally, she would like to know if there is a way to forward her squirrelmail to her yahoo address when these types of problems are occurring until there is a solution.
