We've been using squirrelmail for several years. I just tried building a new email server based on Fedora Core 3 using its standard rpm's (postfix,dovecot,squirrelmail,apache) and ran into the SELinux targeted policy issue. It is in the process of being fixed. See

What are the pros/cons of using sendmail versus smtp? All the email components are running on the same server.
