In Holland, Demon Internet will give you best bang for your buck. Si tu es Belge, je ne le sais pas, mais je crois que Demon est aussi active en La Belgique. You have to have an ISP that will give you a more-or-less static IP number that is guaranteed never to appear in RBL vendors' blocking lists (your ISP will arrange that). You have to be assured that that IP number will get a pointer (PTR) record that resolves back to your mail server, plus that that mail server (your domain) exists in your ISP's DNS. You have to do that for least possible costs to yourself. For my money, Demon does that best.
