Les gens chez @home sont vrais crapules, merde alors, maar, er zijn er
nog *veel* meer van dat soort hufters in de ISP wereld in de Benelux.

If you want to operate a prof mail server, you don't get much choice.
xs4all is KPN and xs4all bought up one of the only couple of remaining
reliable ISPs in Holland, Cistron, in January last. In Holland, Demon
Internet will give you best bang for your buck. Si tu es Belge, je ne le
sais pas, mais je crois que Demon est aussi active en La Belgique.

You have to have an ISP that will give you a more-or-less static IP
number that is guaranteed never to appear in RBL vendors' blocking lists
(your ISP will arrange that). You have to be assured that that IP number
will get a pointer (PTR) record that resolves back to your mail server,
plus that that mail server (your domain) exists in your ISP's DNS. You
have to do that for least possible costs to yourself. For my money,
Demon does that best. But I give no warranty that Demon will not be
bought up by xs4all, KPN or whomsoever in the future.

Possibly because @home gave that IP range up to sorbs as being an
unreliable residential DSL range. That's mostly how it happens.
