Check your imap server with telnet. ---- telnet your-imap-server 143 ... output of telnet program ... ... some server's response ... A01 capability ... IMAP capability response ... A02 logout ... connection closed ... ---- Show your IMAP server's response to capability command or use http://your-server/path-to-squirrelmail/src/configtest.php instead of http://your-server/path-to-squirrelmail/src/login.php and check IMAP server's CAPABILITY response.
