The description of the bug:
THE LOAD TIME FOR THE EMAIL WINDOW IS APPROXIMATELY 75 SECONDS. THERE
SEEMS TO BE AN INTERACTION WITH THE RESIDENT SCANNING MODULES OF THE
ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAM THAT I AM RUNNING, WHICH IS AVAST. IT IS AS IF THE
RESIDENT ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAM IS DOING A THOROUGH SCAN THE SQUIRREL-MAIL
LOAD.
I can reproduce the bug by:
LOGGING INTO THE EMAIL FUNCTION.
