[SM-USERS] From ordering incorrect

hi all,

when sorting by from field (server side), messages are not being sorted by the actual "From:" header -> but appears to be sorting by (Return-Path:).

example:

(squirrelmail appears to be sorting by this:)
Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

(but I want to sort by the string in the quotes, like outlook does :)
From: "I want to sort by this string" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

so my questions are:

1. is dovecot-IMAP preparing the sort or is squirrel mail?
2. how can I change this functionality? (or point me in the right direction)
