I  think this is not a protocol matter but pop3 daemon
If I'll tell to daemon that Spam or Thrash is your INBOX than server
gives emails from there to the client

I think you have confused SM with OE. SquirrelMail does not use POP3
protocol to access mailboxes.

POP3 protocol (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc1939.txt) does not provide
options that allow access to other mail folders. You can work only with
INBOX, if you use POP3.
