I have a user who is getting errors
'The connection was reset'.
Do you have any hints about what may be causing this?
Apparently they can log in the first time fine but if they try to do
something (in this case save a draft) the error shows.
If they try to log in again straight away it shows the same error and
does not let them.
Any helpful tips? Is this likely a problem their end or our end?
