As you have been told, SM is a web-based client. You need a server with
a MTA and imap. There is one program I know about that collects hotmail
and puts it into the correct imap mailfolder. But based on your
question, you don't seem to know much about mail servers. I suggest you
read up on just how email works before embarking on this project.
