Languages and HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE

Hi, 

Does sqwebmail use the HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE environment
variable to select which /usr/local/share/sqwebmail/html
directory to use for display? 

I am testing with the Italian translation and it doesn't
seem to be picking up the new directory.
