### Description
Fedora and other RHEL distros have a
[policy](https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/DefaultServices/#_must_not_listen_for_outside_connections)
> The service MUST NOT listen on a network socket for connections originating
> on a separate physical or virtual machine.
For now, Kamailio listens to all interfaces by default. This behavior breaks
the policy for RHEL-based dists.
I see two options here
1. install Kamailio with a disabled systemd unit;
2. update the Kamailio config file to listen to loopback interfaces only
(`127.0.0.1` and `::1`).
It will be fine to choose one of these.
Personally, I prefer the second option.
### Expected behavior
Kamailio service should not accept external connections immediately after
package installation.
Admin should allow external connection by updating the configuration file or
enabling the service autostart.
#### Actual observed behavior
Kamailio service is enabled and listens to external connections by default.
