What about just creating a kamailio-local.cfg file in your RPM packaging that
add the listen to the localhost and maybe a comment explaining the policy? The
default kamailio.cfg is already prepared for that. This should solve the issue,
without the need to adding distribution specific content to the kamailio cfg.
~/repositories/kamailio$ grep import etc/kamailio.cfg
import_file "kamailio-local.cfg"
