Master branch was used and more precisely commit

At first I thought the issue might be caused by the particular CMake generator
(as Ninja is used), but I reproduced the issue with Make as well.
I'll try your image a bit later and I notice you are using slightly newer
version of Alpine (`edge` instead of `latest`). I'll try as well to pull this
base image to see if it could be related to some CMake peculiarity fixed in
later version.
Nevertheless, please check the accompanying Pull Request. I believe this
approach is slightly better as technically OpenSSL is dependency of Hiredis,
not directly of the Kamailio `db_redis` module
