You use upstream cmakefiles or some custom ones? how did it pick the static
variant of the library?
My guess is that you did not install `hiredis-ssl` which offers the dynamic and
`hiredis-dev` offer the static one.
Of course the problem is still there, just trying to understand how and if this
was intended.
