Thanks for your response.

As suggested, modified the changes in icscf.xml and scscf.xml files, PFA 
modified files.

Still getting few errors as below:

HSS     : 10.0.0.9   – HSS started fine but observed few warnings:

Hi Sainath,

As you have changed the IP-addresses of I-CSCF and S-CSCF you have to adapt the 
IP-addresses in icscf.xml and scscf.xml accordingly.
See the bind attribute in  “<Acceptor /> element.

This should help.

I have tried the below commands to grant all privileges. The commands results 
OK.
