*Requirement:*
As the Oracle Applications HRMS (Oracle Advanced Benefit Module) Data
Conversion Techno-Functional Consultant for the HRMS Program, you’ll be in
a high-impact role on multiple business improvement project. This is a
critical role as you will have responsibility and accountability for
development works for the various interfaces/ custom reports/ data
conversion/ custom forms including self-service forms. This person will
report to the HR IT Project Manager for Implementation Program.

*Responsibilities *:
Work directly with HR IT Project Manager of Implementation Program for
various IT aspects but not limited to:
• Participate in the high level requirements discussion
• Provide high level requirements estimation input to team
• Analyze the legacy systems for data conversion
• Legacy system and Oracle fields mapping for data conversion
• Extract the data from legacy systems, data cleaning, load into Oracle,
validate the data and fix any issues
• Prepare the functional and technical design document
• Complete the developments and unit testing
• Provide status update to HR IT Project Manager
• Follow the Software Development Life Cycle for requirements, technical
design, development and testing etc
• Coordinate with various teams (PM, Business, Super Users, Support team,
Systems Owners/ technical/ functional/ etc) for various tasks such as
requirements, development, testing etc related to interfaces and other
extensions.
• Participate CRPs/UATs and fix any issues
• Create and follow-up with Oracle for Oracle SR’s
• Coordinate with DBA’s for any patches
• Support existing interfaces for enhancements/issues/etc


 *Education and Experience:*
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science
• 3-4 years’ experience in IT/ With OPT EAD should also be fine.
• Oracle Apps HRMS (Oracle Advanced Benefit Module) Technical Consultant
 ,Oracle Apps HRMS (Oracle Advanced Benefit Module) Data Conversion at
least 3 years’ experience
