1.3.6 is not a bogus number, it the f-secure commercial version number
for version that matches the 1.2.26. The f-secure commercial version
numbers are 1.3.x, where the same public version of ssh version number
is 1.2.2x (if the x matches then the versions are based on the same
source code, the commercial version of course contains some features
not available in the public version).
