Hey folks,
I am wondering if anyone here has experience with ssh and AFS
homes on Solaris2.5 and 2.6 machines. My home directory is in AFS space
so I need a token before the .Xauthority can be written to.
I want to be able to use ssh x forwarding. I check for tokens in
my .login file, but apparently this isn't early enough in the login
sequence. I still get:
/usr/openwin/bin/xauth: timeout in locking authority file
$HOME/.Xauthority
Has anyone using Solaris and AFS gotten X forwarding to work? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
