I recommend Dug Song's AFS patches for SSH 1.2.26:

  http://www.monkey.org/~dugsong/ssh-afs-kerberos.html

The patches for 1.2.27 ar still in beta test at the moment.

At our site we have been using Dug's patches with several versions of SSH
(currently SSH 1.2.26) for more than 2 years very heavily on various Unix
platforms. They always worked realiably.
