First, I'd just like to say: I know there are people who develop/work at
ssh.com/org/whatever on this list - where ARE you? Is this really a
user-to-user help list?

I have gotten it to work under 4.3.3 by hand-editing the sshconf.h file.
Tommorrow, I will just post a patch back to you and the list.
Please, someone from ssh (the company) help us out here! I'm sick of this
stuff not getting addressed, and my mails going to /dev/null.
