I just downloaded ssh-2.1 and noticed that there are no INSTALL or configure
files. I also noticed that these files (along with a bunch of others) now
reside in the Attic in the CVS repository.
So, either the installation procedures have changed and README still points to
the INSTALL file, or someone accidentally removed these files.
Either way, can someone tell me what to do in order to build and install ssh?
