Thanks for the info.
I've noticed a (very tiny bug) in the Makefile which doesn't allow it to
complete when parallel make is being used. Fixing this should be put in the
TODO list (obviously with low priority) if it's not already there.

Even though they are included in the distribution, people still
have problem. So now, that's fixed :) They are up on the FTP site now:
