I do not feel that I presumed too much.  I made a few, general suggestions,
which I later noticed were also made by other readers.

I did not specify which editor you should use to write the scripts.  Yes,
I would have used the vi editor myself.

I will send you separately, two documents on using the vi editor, since,
apparently, you requested some assistance with respect to the vi editor.
