Hi I'm new here.
I've installed ssh and sshd enough times to be familiar with the process
on Solaris and Linux platforms. More so on Solaris than Linux I guess.

./configure
make
make install

I've got this new RedHat 6.2 box that's barfing on make with:

FILE=\"/etc/ssh_config\" -DSERVER_CONFIG_FILE=\"/etc/sshd_config\"
-DSSH_PROGRAM=\"/usr/local/bin/ssh1\" -DETCDIR=\"/etc\"
-DPIDDIR=\"/var/run\" -DSSH_BINDIR=\"/usr/local/bin\"
-DTIS_MAP_FILE=\"/etc/sshd_tis.map\" -g -O2  newchannels.c
gcc: Internal compiler error: program cc1 got fatal signal 11
make: *** [newchannels.o] Error 1
[root@buster ssh-1.2.26]# cpp: output pipe has been closed
{standard input}: Assembler messages:
{standard input}:1573: Warning: end of file not at end of a line; newline
inserted

does this look obvious to anyone?

Thanks

David
