Command line sftp

Has anyone tried to build the ssh.com command-line sftp for Win/NT?  I've
looked at it briefly and it appears that the unix sources lack some
windows-specific include files.  I'm also not sure about the licensing
implications of doing this (we have academic licenses for both unix and
Windows).  Alternatives seem rather expensive.
