Hi Darcy,

I have found that in many situations the DISPLAY variable is not being
set correctly. It seems to be a bug, The only way around it is to xhost,
but that will cause your X11 channel to be encrypted. This doesn't seem
to work correctly on either ssh-1.2.30 or ssh-2.3.0. I was told that
there is a fix, but it's not in any released versions yet--I think.
What's weird is that some people have gotten X11 forwarding to work
correctly.
