I have been trying to get tcp wrappers to work with OpenSSH 2.5.1.
I can get OpenSSH to compile on my SGI O2 machines with the
libwrap.a, but my 64bit machine - the SGI ORIGIN - won't compile
tcp wrappers and won't work with libwrap.a compiled on a 32b machine.

My alternative to use inetd.conf to start-up SSH with tcpwrappers, but
this alternative doesn't seem to work on the ORIGIN (works fine also on
O2). The ORIGIN does not want to acknowledge anyone on the log-in
sequence. The hosts.allow and hosts.deny files worked with my earlier
version of SSH, so I don't think that's the problem

Any ideas, please?? Thanks in advance.

Marilyn
