scp file size limit?

I can't seem to find a definitive answer on this one, and any input
would be appreciated!
Does the commercial SSH2 support scp transfers of files greater than
2GB? If so, which release of it started this support - cannot seem to
get it working @2.4.0, and I don't want to bang my head against a wall
if
its not gonna happen!
