Guys,
first I need to make clear that I have no affiliation with Argyle.
I have had a little balance problem with my Bantam, mostly it being
tail-heavy with the addition of R/C to the cab. I got around that by making
a little 4-wheel tender and transfered the radio gear to that. (Photos will
be posted on my URL when i get off my bum and take some!)
However, in the meantime I had mentioned to gordon Watson of Argyle about
the problem with balance.
In the mail today arrived, at no charge, a meticulously machined and tapped
brass weight that he had made to go behind the smokebox door, replacing the
numberplate nut. This was unneccessary for him to do, it justs shows what a
nice bloke he is and how much he wants to keep his customers happy.
I am impressed. Thanks, Gordon!
Best Regards,
