While I have yet to do any kind of serious work with my Taig, (Sorry, Tom - I promise - DH01) I have found it solid, easy to use, and a great buy. I haven't done much with the milling attachment (read: I put it on to see how it fit.) so I can't comment on that, but as a _rank_ beginner, I found the Taig an economical and solid machine that's easy to figure out, and certainly capable of handling anything we throw at it in our scale.
