I concur on your comments, Gary, 100%,

In fact I felt it necessary to sell my 10mm coaches for my Schools--even
after I had lowered the bodies. To keep mm to the proper scale for 45mm
track ( correct 1/32 scale) the  scale would have to be something less than
10mm to the ft.
