Can someone who is a Mikado owner answer a couple of questions about its throttle and steam supply lines? This might be a question for someone who has an unbuilt kit or is in the process of building one. What I'd like to know are the ID's (or OD's) of the throttle outlet and steam supply line. Thanks,
