Hi there gents! I am building a Mikado, and I was wondering if any of you know a source for replacement springs for the wheel journals. I have been warned by Jeff Runge that the springs are not stiff enough for the trailing driver, and I don't want my loco to "sag". Previous archived posts indicated purchasing cSc century springs from Lowes, but they do not carry the correct package anymore. (all WAY to big)
Do any of you have an idea where else I might find them? Or even, if I am really lucky, do any of you have any extras? Thanks for your time, John
