Only 48 hours ago we had feezing temperatures and 4" of snow in outlying areas (and I'm in an outlying area.) Today, bright sunshine and the mid-70's, and yes the dogwoods, redbuds, and early iris are in full bloom (as well as the buckhorn, chickweed, wild onions, dandelion, bedstraw, bittercress, plaintain, dock, etc, ad nauseum.)
