Does anyone know what size brass rod/wire one would use for threading to 0-80? My initial thought of 1/16, being right smack dab in between the clearance and tap drill sizes turned out to be wrong--too big. 3/64" is too small--the nuts slide right over.That would probably be a #0 wire.
