Hi,

SSSD does not read unconditionally everything in /etc/sssd/pki/. You can
either rename the file to /etc/sssd/pki/sssd_auth_ca_db.pem or add

    pam_cert_db_path = /etc/sssd/pki/mycert.pem

to the [pam] section of /etc/sssd/sssd.conf.
