Thanks for verifying.  You did ensure that you can actually talk to the
serial ports?

Actually, commit 51b9a752fa1c ("usb: qcserial: add Sierra Wireless
MC73xx"), which is already present in v3.14.5 and newer, should already
have added the necessary entries for the 1199:68c0 device if that's
what vou've got.  Did it fail somehow?
