stanbol.reasoner is actually confusing as a name because it would make people
think it is a reasoner. Although kres provides interfaces to external reasoners
and some built-in reasoning functionalities, it is not a reasoner, and
reasoning is not the only core functionality. Basically, kres handles semantic
web technologies: provides transformation of structured content to RDF, RDF
refactoring, ontology network management, rule (swrl and sparql) management,
and reasoning.
Here a few proposals:
- stanbol.semanticweb
- sweb-manager
- stanbol.knowledgemanager
- stanbol.knowledgeengineer
- stanbol.k-manager
- stanbol.k-engineer
