Thanks Suat for this great improvement, integrating stanbol in other osgi
projects (as with sling-stanbol) is much easier now. Could we have the
basebundlelist be a partial bundle-list as well? This way it could be
integrated into project having another base-bundle list. Maybe it would ideally
be split it a base bundlelist (which doesn't need to be a partialbundlelist)
containing only what we expect the osgi environment to provide (osgi spec and
mangement console) and a partialbundlelist with the stanbol commons.
