Yes, basebundlelist can be turned into a partialbundlelist as well. On the
other hand, if we split OSGI specific bundles and Stanbol commons as second
option, I think only felix bundles will continue to remain in the base bundle
list and all others would be separated into another partial bundle list. Am I
thinking correct, is this your suggestion?
