It once occurred to me that when I installed Stanbol on a server and replaced
the OntoNet configuration namespace with a host such as
http://bernina.cs.unibo.it/stanbol (I think)
the /ontonet endpoint disappeared.
Check what may have caused this if it is an ontology manager bug, and if so
open a ticket.
Check also if this occurs on a fresh install and/or on an installation where
some ontonet artifacts have already been created/populated.
