Resolution: Fixed
Tested and fixed to work on an endpoint whose Stanbol host is
http://bernina.cs.unibo.it/stanbol
Default namespace parameters have been condensed into a single parameter in the
offline configuration, and its value is no longer considered by the REST API
(which uses the request URL to build import statements etc.), but only the Java
API.
