The "ReferencedSite" interface will be renamed to "Site" to make the
differentiation with "ManagedSite" (STANBOL-673) more clear. This will also
affect ReferencedSiteException -> SiteException.
The ReferencedSiteConfiguration will be spitted up in two parts:
1) a new SiteConfiguration for configuration in common to Sites and ManagedSites
2) the ReferencedSiteConfiguration extending the site configuration with
options for the referenced services
3) a ManagedSiteConfiguration for the configuration of read/write able sites
