Implementation of the ManagedSite interface as defined by STANBOL-673.
This implementation will contain two parts:
(1) A private YardSite: the actual implementation of the ManagedSite interface
(2) A YardSiteKomponent: OSGI Component that manages the configuration, tracks
the configured Yard instance and registers/unregisters the YardSite instance if
the tracked Yard instance becomes available/unavailable
