as per STANBOL-277 we have an issue about licensing ontologies in local
resources.
Who can confirm whether Creative Commons is Apache-compliant?
To date, CC does not state any compatible licenses at all at
https://creativecommons.org/compatiblelicenses
The only restriction that I see is the need to preserve the credit to
the document author(s)
