While we sort this out I intend to replace local ontologies with
in-house ones and put Apache blurbs in owl:versionInfo annotations AND
xml comment headers. Then we can see about the most appropriate way.
Are we allowed to use namespaces like
http://stanbol.apache.org/ontologies/ to avoid any sort of attribution
conflicts, or should we wait for graduation first? Consider that actual
dereferencing is not required right now (tests have to work offline so
we can assume no dereferencing).

Depends on the exact flavor, see
http://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html - if the licenses of your
stuff fit into what's mentioned there we'll be fine. Might need an
addition to our NOTICES files if attribution is required.
