In the case of the autotagger the features are subsumed by the entity
hub and the entity tagging + keyword linking engines. Hence there is
no need to try a "revive" it as a contrib.

I am ok for using contrib for components that are less maintained but
deprecated components should either be marked as deprecated or just
deleted IMHO.
