In order to iuse PEP for caps, you need to publish a different item for each resource, since each may have different caps. At that point, again, there is no advantage over caps with the server optimiazation on.

Assume that caps is present and make PEP depend on caps (current option) 2. Assume that PEP is present and make caps depend on PEP PEP is more complicated than caps though... Daniel
